We provide a subset of prostate ligands from the HLA Ligand Atlas as an example. The corresponding expression levels from prostate tissue can be retrieved by selecting HPA or GTEX from the "Data Source" drop-down and then selecting "Prostate" from the "Dataset" drop-down.
